About 170 kms by road from Port Blair, Rangat provides an ideal place for eco-friendly tourist seeking the lap of sun, sea and fun. The land route from Port Blair involves crossing of creeks and dense tropical rain forest. Cutbert bay beach is near by which is a turtle nesting ground.
About 70 kms from Rangat by road, provides serene holiday in an unpolluted environment and great scenic beauty. There are many islands and beaches around Mayabunder. Avis island just opposite can be reached by motorized boat. The most fascinating beach is the Karmatang beach 12 kms from Mayabunder. Situated north of Mayabunder provides a rare experience of a steamer ride through mangrove creeks from Mayabunder.

Historical Adventure (4 Nights / 5 Days)
Day 1: Arrival at Port Blair to be welcomed by refreshing tender coconut and then catch up with some lost sleep due to early morning mainland India. In the afternoon, we proceed for harbour cruise which will take us to Viper Island a prison island. The gallows atop a hillock here, is sight to watch. In the evening we attend sound and light show at Cellular Jail.
Day 2: After breakfast, we set out for city tour covering Asia's one of the oldest and largest sawmill at Chatam Island, Forest Museum, Anthropological Museum, Marine Museum, Cottage Industry Emporium and Cellular Jail.
Day 3: After breakfast, a visit across the harbour takes us to Ross Island. From here Britishers governed this land. We see the ruins of bygone days in the afternoon. We shall see Japanese bunkers and then Hamfreygunj memorial which stands as a mute testimony to killings of islanders by the Japanese occupation forces during world war II.
Day 4: Free day at leisure on beach.
Day 5: Departure transfer to Airport/Sea Port for flights/voyage to Kolkata/ Chennai.
