Dear Anil,
many thanks for the superbly organised tour with Indovision. We were very
pleased with all the guides, drivers and hotels you arranged. The last
hotel in Delhi (3 star-the Grand) however was very poor. Otherwise a very
good trip.
yours,
Hilary Brimble

eran estupendos.
Hemos pasado unas vacaciones inolvidables en tu maravilloso pais. Nos
gustaría, en un futuro, recorrer Rajastan. No dudes de que me pondré
en contacto contigo para organizarlo.
Un saludo
Trinidad

Dear Mr. Anil,
we are back home since a couple weeks, but our hearts and feelings are
still full of the many beautiful emotions of our travel to Nepal and India.
We wish to warmly and truly thank you for the faultless and perfect organization
of our tour. Everthing was beyond our expecations: the best hotels, very
good guides, both from a professional and personal point of view, many
of them speaking very good Italian, optimum schedule of times and itinerary,
perfect drivers (particular thanks to our last driver in Rajastan, Mr.
Siri).
We are stongly recommending your company to our friends. Pls do not hesitate
to give my e-mail address to anyone who wish to have direct information
on our tour and your arrangements: I shall be pleased to talk to them
and tell them how happy and pleased we have been.
Thank you again Mr. Anil !
Hoping to get in touch with you soon for another travel to your INCREDIBLE
beautiful INDIA, best regards

Dear Anil,
just
a few words to thank you for your support: the trip was really well organised,
and we enjoyed every day! We will recommend your agency to friends whenever
there will be the opportunity. BJ the driver was also great!
How
is the situation now in Dehli? Do you have a lot of problems for the monson?
I have friends working as hostesses in aircraft that need to come for
4 days in Dehli and they would like to have news about the weather.
Best
regards and thanks again,

Subject: Trip Evaluation Feb 18 - Mar 9, 2007
Dear Mr. Yadev,
I apologize for not writing sooner. It seems we are always so busy after
returning from a trip. I have finally sorted through the photos and written
the first draft of the journal and am ready to submit an evaluation of
the services provided by Indovision. On the whole, we were very pleased
with our trip and the arrangements you made for us. We always felt safe
with our drivers and our guides were excellent.
There are two comments I would like to make. The most disappointing part
of the itinerary was the switch from train to car for our journey from
Ranthambore to Fatehpur Sikri. Our late arrival at the Keoladeo National
Park resulted in a vary hurried tour by a frustrated guide followed by
an equally rushed tour of Fatehpur Sikri. If we had obtained the necessary
train tickets as planned or if our driver had known to pick us up at the
previous departure time of 6:00 instead of 8:30, we would have had a much
better day. Regrettably I can't help but think that this was an avoidable
problem as compared to the cancellation of our flight to Kathmandu.
The second comment is something you might wish to do to help out your
future guests. This was only the third 'private' tour that we have taken.
We need to be reminded that when on this type of tour the ultimate itinerary
is up to the guest and it is the guest's responsibility to be actively
involved in making decisions. We tended to relax and allow both driver
and guide to make decisions for us; that is not a good idea. Please remind
your guests that they can and should determine the departure time, what
sites they would like to see, and ultimately, when the tour for each day
should begin and end. Unfortunately I developed a head cold soon after
arrival in India and didn't have the energy to be constantly researching
opening times, closing times and alternative tourist sites.
In spite of these two comments I would like to repeat that, in general,
we had a wonderful time and would certainly consider using your company
on a return trip. Next time I will take my own good advice to heart.

Dear Anil,
This is just a small message to thank and congratulate you. The organization
was perfect, the timing also, the people very nice. Above all, I want
to commend Viniit. Excellent guide. I have told so to the other people
of the conference and given your card to someone else.
On another note: I am looking for a nice (not necessarily expensive) restaurant
for tomorrow night where they would accept that we bring our own wine
(I brought three bottles from Argentina). You know that we are all staying
at the Taj Mahal hotel.
Thanks again.

Hello Anil
Just a quick email to thank you for an amazing time in India. Our whole
trip was expertly organised from the time of our pick up at Delhi airport
right through to our departure.
The hotels and places of interest that we visited were wonderful, as were
our luxury coach, guide, driver and assistant.
We would have no hesitation in recommending your services to fellow travellers
and would be more than happy to do so via email.

It was an incredible
trip, I would like to comment very favorably on our driver, he was excellent.
Because of the difficulties in getting from one cite to a other, it is not
feasible to have our convention, at this time, in your country, it is only
3-4 days and we would not be able to get o other cities.
I appreciate your attention and remain
sincerely

Dear
Anil,
thank you, Chris and I had a wonderful time in India. We were very impressed
with the the whole experience, the knowledge and friendliness of our guides
added to the mystic and wonder of India, our drivers were amazing always
on time, reliable and kept us safe on the roads that I could only described
as the most challenging and an unforgetable experience. The Imperial, Delhi:
Oberoi, Agra and Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur were fabulous hotels, luxurious,
spotless and terrific food. The Radisson Hotel at Varanasi was clean, good
food but tired decor however what we seen of Varanasi buildings it was within
the norm for the area luckily it is an area that should not be missed and
the spiritual experience a highlight.
Overall we were more than impressed with the whole tour, however, we both
feel that the visit to Fatehpur Sikri could be have been improved with a
guide that was more practiced in dealing with tourists. He may have known
everything about the city however he didn't relay this to us and was unsympathetic
when we were constantly harassed by hawkers throughout the whole tour. Previous
tour guides seemed to have some control in keeping hawkers at bay until
at least we had finished the visit but the guide at Fatehpur Sikri seemed
to encourage the hawkers and also us to buy from them. Even with this slight
hiccup I can only describe my holiday in India as one the best I have ever
had. Thank you, I will certainly be booking through you next time when we
do the southern area and would highly recommend you to my friends.
sincerely,
Linda Gleave

Mr YADAV
Mme SCHOTT

Dear Mr Yadav
Back to Milan, I should like to send you some feedback re our recent stay
in India. Thank you for a fairly tight organization on our trip to Rajasthan,
which we thoroughly enjoyed: we were very happy about most of the hotels
(with the possible exception of the hotel in Jaipur, which would have been
good had it been completely built), with most of the guides, and with the
excellent driver, Manoj.
